Staff were very friendly & efficient on check-in & check out. Tje bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had decent offerings. Building can definitely use an overall upgrade & cleaning. The couch in the room looked like it needs to be replaced.

The rooms were clean and breakfast was good, however check in was at 3pm and we got to the hotel then just to be told our rooms weren’t ready. We had to wait 30 mins for one and then got told the other still wasn’t ready. We had an event that we had to leave for at 4 and ended up being late for due to this. As well, we had our 2 month old baby with us who needed to be fed and changed but when another group came in just after us and were told that their room wasn’t ready the staff just gave them a new room while we had to continue to wait. So I wasn’t very happy about that either
