There was a drunk homeless guy out front. Then a fight occurred outside our door in the middle of the night. The room was very small and AC was bad. Might and clammy. Employees were nice

Toilet was broken in in the room I originally had booked, when I went to the front desk and asked for another room they did move me to another room. Air conditioner was broken in the room that they moved me to. When I complain to the front desk immediately after moving to that room, they told me it would be fixed the following morning but was not fixed my entire trip.
