Everything went very quick and smoothly. The gentleman at the desk (Anas) was very friendly and knowledgeable. The only complaint was that there wasn't any conditioner when we went to shower in the morning. Otherwise, it was the nicest hotel bed ever!! My family and I had the best sleep we've ever had at a hotel. Easy checkout in the morning. Highly recommend!!!

Good for passing through... but that's it.

If all you need is a bed and a shower, you're set. Beyond that, I'd look elsewhere. Limited parking on a side sloped lot across the street, weak restaurant game, flat pillows, broken fridge in our room (308) and an old band aid stuck to the outside of the armoire(!) speaks to a lacklustre effort overall. Maybe that's why the cleaner wiping the mirrors in the elevator gave us that look when we had the audacity to try and use it.
