The location of the home was wonderful, but the overall condition and experience was less than stellar.Upon arrival the home was 62-degrees, by morning the common areas were down to 60-degrees and 2 of bedrooms were 54-degrees. We notified mgmt but it took 18 hours before the problem was resolved forcing us to use the multiple space heaters the home had to bring the temperature to an acceptable level, which tells me the owner/mgmt knew there was a heating issue. Further, the cooktop would not ignite, the living room furniture was disgustingly dirty, remaining furniture throughout the home was mismatched and old, mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and the driveway was very icy causing our SUV to slide into a ditch along side the driveway and the hot tub was supposed to be 50â away, per VRBO, but we were never able to locate. Mgmt refund a portion of the rent amount, but considering the numerous issues we encountered, the refund amount was not acceptable; mgmt declined to refund the additional amount requested. Bottom line, we will not return to this rental and future renters should look elsewhere!
