Its location, surrounded by almond trees and olive yards, allow you and your family to rejoice in the benefits of being in the countryside, thus including peace and quietness. Besides, you can make the most of the beaches of the East Costa del Sol, those of Rincón de la Victoria and Torre del Mar above all. A group of 8 people can spend their holidays here, enjoying some fabulous moments together with their beloved ones.

The single-storey holiday home features four bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. It's decorated with an authentic rustic style and gorgeous wooden details.

Out of the two bedrooms, two are equipped with one double bed each, and the other two are furnished with two twin beds each. The kitchen is integrated into the dining-living through a breakfast bar.

The spacious outdoor area lets you enjoy unforgettable moments with your family. You can make the most of the fenced private pool, have a siesta on the sun loungers and taste delicious "al fresco" meals in the patio, fitted with parasols, dining tables, BBQ and wood oven. Besides, you will even have the chance of rejoicing in the marvellous sunsets, when the sun goes down behind the mountains of the Axarquia and the Montes de Malaga, in the viewpoint of the villa.

The access to the house, which relies on a parking lot, is fully paved.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen und angenehmen Urlaub im Ferienhaus, haben den privaten Swimmingpool sehr genossen, die Stadt Malaga und die Alcazaba besucht. Das Haus war für uns in Ordnung, wir hatten alles, was wir brauchten, nur ein Wasserkocher fehlte mir. Für das Schwimmbad, wo die Sonne lange scheint, wäre es schön, einen Sonnenschutz oder mehrere Sonnenschirme aufzustellen. Alles andere ist top in Ordnung. Der Hausbesitzer kam auch fast jeden zweiten Tag, um den Pool zu warten, wirklich super. Dieses Ferienhaus ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen 👍🏼👌🏼

Obwohl wir uns die Fotos angesehen haben, waren die Erwartungen viel besser als das, was sich herausstellte, wir hatten ein sehr angenehmes Wochenende. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Natürlich fehlte es an einem/n Schirm(en), der/die richtig funktionierten, denn im Poolbereich gibt es nicht einmal einen halben Schatten und man wurde lebendig gekocht, weil einer da war, der kaputt war. Sie könnten auch einen schattigen Bereich neben dem Grill schaffen und es wäre nicht schlecht, die Sonnenliegen so zu renovieren, dass sie mit dem übereinstimmen, was auf den Fotos erscheint.
