༄ؘ - Airbnb at times will restrict who can travel and stay at certain listings. If for some reason Airbnb is not allowing you to book, please message the hosts and we will take care of the issue



Guest Access:

ꄗ - Guests have entire private space



⾕ - Hosts live in San Diego and available if needed. But with the self-checkin guide and entire house in great shape, a visit from the hosts will not be needed.

⾕ - Hosts have lived in San Diego for over two decades and know this city as well as anyone else. Feel free to ask us any questions especially recommendations for activities, restaurants, bars, and daytime/evening activities. We pride ourselves in making sure our guests enjoy America’s Finest City to its fullest extent possible



🙋🏻‍♂️🙋🏻‍♀️ There is an additional guest fee of $25 per guest, per night after the 8th guest.



✦ - Early Check-in and Late checkout are sometimes possible with an additional fee, please check us in advance to see if we can accommodate you



ᶻ𝗓𐰁 - We try to keep our bed count and other amenities as accurate as possible but sometimes the amenities or smaller beds, like the Ottoman pull-out sleepers, get moved from one property to another. If you arrive at a property and an amenity or bed is missing, please let us know right away and we will bring over whatever is needed



𐂷 - If you do not inform us about a missing amenity, we will not be able to help and refunds will not be given



♨ - We do our best to keep propane tanks full. But there is a chance that the propane tank for a barbecue or fire pit might be empty. If this is the case, we kindly ask the guests to go to a nearby gas station to swap out the tanks and then we will refund them the cost of the purchase



☀ - We do our best to keep pool and/or spas/jacuzzis in top-notch condition and very clean. However, sometimes issues arise. Hosts will do their best to address an issue with the pool and/or spa in a timely manner but will not be responsible for refunding guests if these issues arise



☾♬♪ - Please note this is NOT a party house. No additional guests are allowed in or near the property at any time. Please consider another listing if you want to entertain during your vacation



⏱ - Strictly enforced noise curfew from 10PM-9AM daily



▂▂⌇- No smoking at the property



[◉"] - No commercial use of the property including personal services, photo or video shoots, or other business use



彡 - Due to our vibrant location, scuffs, scratches, and stains may exist within the house that are not photographed. We repaint and replace items often but not between every guest



⮕ - Flexible check-in allows our guests to arrive as early as 11:30AM when we do not have another guest departing the same day. When another guest is departing the same day, bag drop-off is fine but the maid will need time to clean before check-in



⮕ - Due to the extra liability of early check-in or late check-out, there might be a slight extra fee based on certain circumstances



⮕ - This is a 17 acre property that requires upkeep. During your stay, you may see workers at the property as we’re maintaining and improving as much as possible.



⮕ - Please keep all doors shut at all times as there's lots of wildlife on the mountain



⚠ - During your visit, you may encounter our diligent team members tending to various tasks around the property, such as pool maintenance, gardening, and trash disposal. They play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our facilities for your enjoyment

✜ - For emergencies, we also have maids and maintenance on standby and available anytime upon request. We want your stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible
