The room stunk bad. B.O., cigarettes, musty. The couch was totally gross. We had to eat outside. Bed was comfortable enough, but we wouldn’t stay there again. Even toilet seat was very loose and swung just by lifting the lid.

Earlier in the day I called and requested a room close to the elevator and was told it would not be a problem. My wife and I are handicapped and struggle with long walks. The person who checked us in did not care about my request and gave us a room furthest from the elevator.
