The small apartment is located in the villa complex Venta Lanuza, in the Villa Colina del Sol. The building is situated on a hill the apartment is located in the lower rooms and has a pleasant cool indoor climate. This includes a terrace and other places can be used. In the garden there is a barbecue area and on the roof terrace you can tanatelessly. It is a very quiet area and in all places you are undisturbed and can relax in peace. The sea is about 10 minutes, during the season there is a beach bar at the bay, toilet and a lifeguard is also on site. There are 2 restaurants which can be reached on foot. There are shops in El Campello but there you should have a car. The possibility with the minibus and the coastal railway is also still. Pets can bring with you after arrangement

Perfect getaway

The flat is suitable for a single traveller or couple. The hosts are wonderful as is the seclusion. If you want to explore you will need a car. Two small coves in easy walking distance but no immediate shops. If you want some time to yourself and a beach without people then it's is perfect. No it is not a 5 star hotel - but everything was in order including clean bedding and towels. Will be going back often as it is only a 20 minute drive from my home in Central Alicante.

Die Wohnung ist sehr verschmutzt an uns übergeben worden. Küchengeräte und Backofen, alles sehr verschmutzt. Heisses Wasser war in der Küche nicht vorhanden. In der Dusche nur ab und zu warmes Wasser. Die Betten und das Sofa, sowie die Sessel defekt. Bettbezüge und Matratzen sehr beschmutzt und mit "FLÖHE" besiedelt. Es war eine medizinische Behandlung, gegen Flöhe notwendig. Diese Unterkunft ist zum Vermieten ungeignet, da unbewohnbar.

Très calme

Location avec climatisation Propriétaire qui parle qui l’allemand mais très serviable Crique de cailloux à 300 m très jolie et surtout personne ,super claire avec plein de poissons et autres bestioles dans l’eau Plage de sable à 700 m très agréable aussi, mais beaucoup de monde Par contre il faut prévoir éponge liquide vaisselle et torchons et javel si vous partez plus d’une semaine

una experiencia muy mala

el alojamiento estaba muy sucio, con restos de orina en todo el wc, telarañas en paredes, lamparas, etc, cama era de 1,50 y las sabanas eran de 0,80 manchadas y con dos mantitas pequeñas con pelos de mascotas, el menaje de cocina sucio de tiempo y con toda esta suciedad nada para poder limpiar algo nosotros teniendo que comprar productos, la tv (estando en españa) solo se veian canales extranjeros, la cominicacion con los dueños nula pues hablaban aleman, todo muy apartado del alojamiento necesitas coche para todo.
