Nuestra estadía en Barceló Raval fue excelente. Desde el primer momento recibimos una atención 100 % impecable, siempre con amabilidad y disposición.
Queremos agradecer especialmente a Raúl, del bar, por su atención tan linda y cercana. También a Luis ❤️ y al otro Luis en la entrada, con quienes estuvimos muy felices por su trato tan profesional y amable.
Un agradecimiento especial a la recepción ❤️ por el cambio de habitación del piso 2 al piso 10, fue una excelente decisión y por el detalle.. La habitación en el piso 10 fue hermosa, muy cómoda y con una vista espectacular. Además, el mirador en la parte superior del hotel es increíble.
Desayuno excelente y con una excelente atención 🙏
La ubicación del hotel es muy buena, ideal para recorrer la ciudad. Como único punto a considerar, la zona puede sentirse un poco peligrosa, por lo que recomendamos cuidar las carteras; al principio esto nos generó algo de tensión, pero luego todo fluyó muy bien.
Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel 100 %.
Esperamos volver pronto y disfrutar nuevamente de esta maravillosa experiencia.
