The stay was okay, for the price of the property I figured things would work properly. The fire pit table didnât work, no gas was connected to it. Unlocking the door you had to shake it so the lock can fully open the door (which we didnât know about and we were stuck outside for about 20 minutes). The drainage system was terrible, the water does drain in the top level bathtub or sink, so you are showering in your filth. The dishwasher had dirty dishes from the people that stayed prior to us. Also, my 4 year old almost inhaled a vape pen that was left behind on a table from one of the cleaning crew. I let the property manager know about vape pen, but they made it seem like not a big deal. I also informed them on the first night about the drain and they didnât even write back to me so we were left with using the bathroom downstairs. To be honest this wasnât the stay we expected and the lack of communication made it that much worst.
