Enjoy full access to everything in the home and on the expansive 1.6 acres of property, except for the red shed and owners closet.

Located on a private dirt road, Seven Pines Chalet is typically easy to access. In case of heavy snowfall, a four-wheel or all-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.

No keys required! Self-check-in with a convenient digital keypad.

Ample parking available for up to 4 vehicles, with additional space for a towed trailer carrying a boat, snowmobile, or ATV.

One security camera is located on the property, near the deck staircase. It does not record guest activity and is used to verify cleaners have prepared the property for your stay.

Please note that stairs are required to enter the property. There are natural steps made of stone and some wood that may be used to enter the back yard. Owner is not responsible for trips or falls that may occur.

Parties are not permitted, per VRBO regulations.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM. While the cabin is in a rural area, we do have neighbors. Noise travels easily in the woods, please be respectful.

Wildlife may be present. The chalet is on a monthly pest control plan, but you still may encounter bugs or other wildlife as we are deep in the woods of Northern Michigan.

No pets permitted.

Primary booking guest must be 25 year of age or older.

Wire transfers not permitted.

This is a family friendly property – please respect the peaceful and quiet environment and refrain from loud music and parties.

Smoking is permitted only outside in the designated smoking area on the back deck.

The two upper bedrooms do not have HVAC ran to the rooms. Additional heat can be supplemented with provided electric fireplaces. In summer, the rooms have ceiling fans as well as oscillating fans.

Guests provide their own wood for the wood burning living room fireplace and outdoor firepit.

Access to enter the home requires navigating multiple stairs, both outside and inside the chalet.

Only guests whom are identified at booking are to be on premise. No more than 8 occupants.

Guests receive a complimentary “starter pack” of items: 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, kitchen towels, bath towels, makeup towels. In addition, the bathrooms provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.

Please note, water levels at the beach change constantly. Our pictures provide an accurate depiction of the beach and water levels most of the time – but fluctuations will occur.

As a guest of A Frame - Walk to Beach - Hot Tub, you'll find a hot tub, barbecue grills, and an arcade/games room. A Frame - Walk to Beach - Hot Tub also features a garden and laundry facilities. The front desk is open around the clock.
