Excellent townhouse VILLAS ALFAR II with pool on the beach in Denia-Els Poblets
Beautiful house for 5-6 people, in an excellent location, next to Denia, 60 meters from Almadrava beach and a 14-minute walk from Els Molins beach. The impressive Les Deveses beach is 2 km away. Quiet and well-maintained urbanization, with a community pool, on the beachfront.
The ground floor of the townhouse is distributed in a living-dining room, a well-equipped open plan kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a cozy covered terrace, as well as a patio with a gas barbecue next to the kitchen. On the first floor there is another full bathroom and 2 bedrooms with double beds, plus an extra bed. The third floor offers another small bedroom for one person, as well as an attractive sun terrace with sea views and a wood-burning barbecue. The basement offers enough space to store the car and beach items.The comfortably furnished ground floor terrace has direct access to the swimming pool and the well-maintained community garden.
The house is very complete and tastefully decorated. Air conditioning hot/cold and television in the living room and in all bedrooms, kitchen with dishwasher, large fridge, coffee maker and microwave, well-furnished terraces. Wifi internet and large Smart TV.Els Poblets is a small and charming coastal village with a good infrastructure of shops, bars and restaurants. From the bungalow you can walk to several of them. The nearest restaurants/bars are a 5-minute walk away, the supermarket 2.5 km.
The center of Denia is 9 km away. Denia and its surroundings offer a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, not to mention its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have something for everyone, areas for different water sports, beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is located between Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are an hour and ten minutes away by car. In 20 minutes, maximum an hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Jávea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandía, Valencia in the north. 2 golf courses are only 10 km from the bungalow: Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf.
