Appalling!

Surly and discourteous greeting from the owner who did not handle our check in professionally. He continued with his personal telephone conversation throughout and thrust paperwork at us while he spoke down the phone, leaving us waiting for over 10 minutes When he finally hung up we asked about food, having booked this place because it claimed to have a bar/cafe/ restaurant but were told unapologetically that it was not open that day. A curt nod towards the stairs was all he gave and we had to guess the location of our room. No kettle or even basic toiletries were available in room and no other options for finding food were around the immediate vicinity.

Trip to Germany

Very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Nice breakfast served with home jams and fresh breads. Lots of great choices. Owner was at the front desk spoke very good English and she was very pleasant, helpful and friendly.

It's an older hotel but it's clean and service was good. Had dinner at the restaurant and it was good too! Only one issue, our mini fridge in our room (#21) was not working.

Nice location in the Black Forest area, amongst the scenery but convenient for the motorway. Spotless accommodation, spacious room with balcony, welcoming family and nice restaurant serving traditional german fayre.

Keurig en vriendelijk familiehotel op een mooie locatie. Ook het eten (diner en ontbijt) was uitstekend. Wij bleven er een nacht op doorreis. Het hotel staat bovenaan als we weer een overnachting in de buurt zoeken.
