Discover our charming 2-room holiday flat, 40m2, ideally located for nature lovers directly in the hiking and skiing area on the Stockhütte, 1,300 metres above sea level. Perfect for a family with up to three children or three adults, this oasis of peace offers everything for an unforgettable stay, just 200 metres, a 5-minute walk from the mountain station, and gives you unique moments in the breathtaking mountain world.

A cosily furnished flat awaits you with a large bedroom, equipped with a double bed and three additional sleeping places in a half-high bed and a new, modern bathroom with WC/shower. The living and dining area has a cosy corner seat and a small, functional kitchen. There is also a sunny, partially covered outdoor seating area with a table, 4 chairs and a charcoal barbecue. The panoramic view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the ringing of cowbells in summer emphasises the idyllic tranquillity of this almost car-free area.

The surrounding area offers something for everyone. In summer, family-friendly hiking trails with several barbecue areas, large playgrounds with trampoline and treetop path at the mountain station and Lake Lucerne entice visitors to enjoy outdoor activities, while in winter the family-friendly Klewenalp/Stockhütte ski area with 40 km of perfectly groomed pistes, 16 lifts including two magic carpets (conveyor belts) invites you to enjoy skiing and tobogganing.

Arrival by cable car (summer: from 9:00 am; ski operation from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm). The area is almost car-free. In summer, two transferable mountain railway tickets for unlimited journeys are included during your stay; children travelling with an accompanying person are free in summer. Parking is available in the underground car park or at the Emmetten valley station for a fee. Luggage can be unloaded at the ramp at the cable car valley station. For summer users, there is a car arrival/departure permit (subject to a charge; as of 2025); this can be applied for 3-4 working days in advance and is only valid in summer. Access is via a narrow tarred forest road. The permit is only valid on the day of arrival and departure. Options: You can drive to the house, unload your luggage and leave your car at the house free of charge for the rest of your stay; or you can park at the valley station for a fee, drive back to the house at the end of your stay, load your luggage and continue your journey. In winter, the snowmobile will bring your luggage to the house on request and for a fee. In addition to the Beckenried Emmetten mountain railway, there is also the Waldibahn, 24/7 self-service, payment by Twint, credit card or token.

Einzigartigen Ort, freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber und mooei Natur haben!

Es war eine große Überraschung, dieser wunderschöne Ort auf dem Gipfel der Berge! Wir sahen einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang vor den Bergen, wir sahen nichts im Nebel, wir sahen eine überraschende Berglandschaft um uns herum. Die Vorbereitung war perfekt, dank der freundlichen und super hilfsbereiten Gastgeber, auf jede Frage bekamen wir schnelle und umfassende Antworten, in allem dachten sie mit uns. Das war auch nötig: dieses Haus ist nur mit der Seilbahn zu erreichen, aber wegen der Behinderung meiner Frau war das nicht machbar: sie muss in der Nähe aussteigen können. Zum Glück halfen uns unsere Gastgeber: Wir konnten bei der Gemeinde eine Fahrbewilligung beantragen und bekamen sie, so dass wir mit dem Auto zum Haus gelangen konnten. Man muss sich dessen bewusst sein, die Kosten sind nicht gering. Aber die Lage des Hauses macht einen Aufenthalt im Sommer und Winter super-attraktiv! Und wer kann, kann wunderbar wandern, und auch mit dem Auto gibt es in der Umgebung viel zu tun.
