The hotel was quiet and the staff was very nice. They could improve on their cleanliness. The coffee maker was unusable because of the dirtiness. The games in the game room had missing pieces. The bathroom door didn't close all the way. Spa and pool and hot tub were very nice and relaxing.

Pleasant stay for a workshop

The stay was relaxing. Attended a workshop on site. Restaurants and room service were very helpful, but over priced for what you get. Pool, gym facilities, mini-fridge and coffee maker were great and the bed very comfortable. The grounds where great for walks, but hotel is not within walking distance to anything.

I’m absolutely furious, this booking was made on the wrong date in error, I reached out to both the booking company and hotel within 24 hours and both refused to refund or reschedule the booking and straight up stole my money.
