Walk to Lemon Bay Preserve, bike or drive to several beautiful sandy beaches, or to the quaint village on Dearborn street with coffee shops, cafes, tapas bar, blues club, and art shops.The yard is landscaped with tropical fruit and herbs beds. This comfortable ground level home has extra half bath, laundry on site, new appliances, WIFI, and front and rear screened porches to enjoy mornings and evenings.Well behaved pets are welcome. Looking to rent for a four month time period. minimum.
