Very hard to park, limited, employees are not exactly the friendliest, a lot of construction around the area.

Parking lot is not finished. I paid extra for cold chilaquiles, cold eggs, no flavor creamers, no friendly access to the beach, room was hot when I got in , it cool down but then too cold. Paid for two more guess in our room however I had to ask for blankets, pillows, sheets and towels. The second bed was a sofa but it states it can sleep two more people but actually the sofa is for one people . Sofa was uncomfortable to sleep for two people. The view was really good to the ocean.

Had to take a uber because people where not at valet also had to wait for them to bring me my car keys so I can get to my car, windows where really dirty is not proper for a suit with ocean view , they did not have variety of food

El hotel se encuentra sobre la carretera escénica, todo va bien hasta ahí. Nadie te ayuda con el estacionamiento, nadie apoya con maletas, solo te señalan o indican con la mano hacia donde ir. El personal de recepción nada amable. El cuarto es amplio, tiene buena vista pero el servicio del hotel lo arruina. Quise pedir room service, 9:46; cuando dice el menú del cuarto que termina 10 pm, en recepción me contestaron son 9:52 y ninguna opción o apoyo para comer algo cuando estás en medio de la nada. Pero gracias. Uber no entrega, no hay negocios locales que entreguen comida, entonces así pagues el hotel bueno, aprovecha y cena antes de las 10 pm. Si no quédate con hambre hasta el día siguiente.

I didn’t enjoy any VIP benefits. I have the free upgrade but the agent said that she won’t give me any upgrade and if I wanna a better room I should buy it. She at first lied to me and said she doesn’t have any availability and all rooms are booked when I showed her that I can buy the requested room. She said if I want the upgrade I should buy it and she won’t provide any free upgrades. She also didn’t mention any VIP benefits. Worst checkin. While showing her the availability of the ocean view room, she felt corned and she asked me to wait and she wanted to check in local guests.
