The facility location is amazing. Views from rooms, courtyard area is beautiful. Restaurant is good. Sun. Brunch was very good. People very pleasant. Resort however is old. Needs upgrade badly. Cracked tiles. Rooms old. Toilet seats mismatched. Faucets peeling. Cushions outside threadbare. Phone to call reception barely works. No usb slots for chargers anywhere. Got massage which was good however did not get vip benefit. room cleaners literally went through stuff, put dirty clothes back in suitcase , closed suitcase and moved them to different areas which was very strange.

The Dirt road leading into main entrance of the " RESORT" is not inviting at all. The toilet in restroom did not flush properly an marble floor inside looked weathered and was slippery. TV reception offered limited amount of channels with good reception.

Place is clean and staff is friendly . Room is big but they need new sheets ( they were rough) had some issues with toilet qns shower not draining but they let us go shower in a different room . Water pressure on both rooms was terrible . I would not stay there again

The property and location is beautiful but the rooms are actually just above the disgusting level. It needs a complete remodel. The linens and furnishings are tired to say the least.The bed was terrible and the shower water left you feeling sticky.

Beautiful property, located away from touristy areas. Rooms (Maya) are nice. Showers could have been better (hot water, then all of a sudden cold). Pool was not heated, which was a negative. Staff were all cordial and accommodating. Good food served in the restaurant.
