Stay at "Eagle Cap", a luxury 2nd FL condo in Enterprise's historic Litch Hotel, blending modern comfort, vintage charm and a fishing theme. It features 11 ft ceilings, original exposed stone wall in both bedrooms, wood floors, tiled bathroom, quartz countertops, locally handmade tableware, and AC.
Central location with multiple restaurants within walking distance and only minutes away from Joseph and Wallowa Lake.
Todd & Andy McKee, The McKee Brothers, own and operate the Litch Hotel which is part of Eagle Cap Vacation Rentals. They both live in Wallowa County, near Enterprise and are available to assist in person if a need arises.
The historic Litch Hotel is located on the corner of Main Street and River Street in Downtown Enterprise. Enterprise is generally quieter and slower paced than its more famous neighbor Joseph. Many guests that stay at the Litch Hotel have noted their appreciation for this feature of the location. Joseph is a short 10 minute drive away making it a convenient access point to the many outdoor adventures that our guests plan to enjoy during their visit to Wallowa County and the Eagle Caps.
Back in the day, the Litch Hotel had 11 apartments and just one bathroom on the 2nd floor (can you imagine?! 😅), but don’t worry — times have definitely changed! Now, you’ll have your very own private bathroom and kitchen, so no awkward run-ins while you’re making that midnight snack 🍕. The hallway and stairs outside your unit are the only shared spaces, so feel free to get cozy and relax however you like — no one’s around to judge your Netflix binges or late-night PJs! 😎🛋️

🔊NOISE CONSIDERATIONS: The Litch hotel is old and wasn’t built with modern soundproofing. You will hear sounds from adjacent units, whether above, below, or next door, as well as footsteps and movement on the stairs and in the hallways.
The Litch is designed for families, couples, and friends looking for a comfortable and fun place to relax after enjoying all that Wallowa County has to offer. However, if you’re looking for a place to have a bachelor party or kegger, this isn’t the right venue. Our goal is to create a welcoming environment where all guests can enjoy their stay without excessive noise from others. Most guests are consciousness which allows everyone to have a great time. Occasionally a loud knucklehead will stay next door.
We ask all guests to be mindful of the noise they make especially during stated quite hours so all guests can fully enjoy their time here. Thank you for understanding and for helping us preserve the peaceful charm of the Litch Hotel!
👥EXTRA GUEST POLICY: Our nightly rate covers up to 4 guests. We can host up to 6 total:
Children 12 & under stay free 👶
Additional guests (13+) are $30 per night
Please be courteous let us know in advance if you’ll have extra guests. We don’t provide extra linens or supplies beyond the base rate, and unregistered guests may result in cancellation.
🐾PETS: This is not a pet friendly condo. If you want to bring your furry friend(s), depending on availability, we are happy to transfer your reservation to one of our ground floor pet friendly units.
🔑CHECK-IN: Anytime after 3:00 PM. Early check-in options available:
COMPLIMENTARY: Call after 12:30 PM on your arrival day if the unit will be ready prior to 3:00 we are happy to let you in early.
GUARANTEED: Pre-arrange early check-in for $20/hour We will take all the necessary steps to ensure your condo is ready by the pre-agreed upon time.
⏰CHECK-OUT: Required by 11:00 AM; late check-out available at $20/hour.
🚭NO SMOKING: Smoking is prohibited within the condo.
🥳PARTIES: Require prior approval.
⛔QUIET HOURS: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
🛌BEDS: Feature medium-firm memory foam mattresses. The majority of guests love our mattresses but occasionally guests find them too firm for comfort.
📹SECURITY: We have security cameras monitoring the hallways outside of the condo.
🚶♂️STAIRS: Although this is a 2nd floor unit, because the height of the ceilings on the first floor are so high, the number of steps you must climb, 30, to access your unit is similar to accessing a typical 3rd floor.
🧺WASHER/DRYER: there is no washer/dryer on site. There is a laundromat about 2 blocks away and you we offer a wash/fold service as well (Details available in our guidebook).
