Needed a blanket, was very cold. Had to run wall heater all night which was miserable. Only had sheet and light weight bedspread. No extra blankets in room. Room was very clean. Hair dryer was broken & I hadn’t brought my own, counting on hotel. Still the best hotel in town. Next time will ask for extra blankets and check that hair dryer works on arrival.

The person that stayed in the room we were in left behind belongings and trash wasn’t emptied in the bathroom. How do you miss that when you clean a room. Everyone was friendly except for the front desk person on the day we checked out. I walked up to check out and he just stared at me waiting for me to speak first. I finally said I would like to check out and his response was good. He continued to just stare. I then asked do you need anything like my room number or anything. He said no.

Quiet small town. Very relaxing. Great food at the restaurant. Hotel staff not very friendly, or efficient. First employee admitted to being new, not knowing the system. I dont think i was checkin properly. I had wanted to change the credit card from the booking card. Still dont think that happened

A hidden gem in Enumclaw. Staff were courteous and very helpful. Plus, it's located just a block from the downtown district, easy walk to shops and restaurants.
