We only booked this room because of the bridge closure and were attending an all day event in Enumclaw. We didn’t actually spend the night, just used the room during the day. While the property is a little old and worn, the staff was incredibly helpful in accommodating our requests.

Nice rooms and pleasant staff. Nearby grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. Next to Hwy 410 up to Mt. Rainer National Park. Stayed for a week and would stay again.

The check-in person was nice. Our room was not. Air conditioner did not work well and the bed was uncomfortable. Also, why is there an ice bucket in the room when we never did find an ice machine???

The person who checked us in was good and accommodating, that is where it ended. The appliances where unplugged and the way they were plugged in was very unsafe. The TV originally did not work, they fixed it, but the person was dismissive. There was no one at the counter to check us out. Will not recommend to return.

The hotel is just ok. The outdoor walkways are kind of old and scary. One of The handrails is loose and falling apart. Our king size bedroom only had a queen size bed. I went back to the office to ask about a room with a king size bed, I was told that I made my reservation through Expedia. I said,”You are correct.” So the clerk said it again. After checking in the back office, we were given a new room with a king sized bed.

A bit rough

It’s a place to stay by Mt Rainier’s White River entrance (Sunrise Corridor). But, it’s not a comfortable hotel. The beds are very cheap and rickety, the air conditioning units have seen better days, and the bathrooms are sad. It was clean, but worn down to where it looked dirty. It’s not a terrible place, but it’s not a good one either.
