Hello, My name is Maria and I stayed in room 211. The room itself was fine. However, the tub in the bathroom wasn't safe. It has a slant and with the water softener it makes the tub slippery and unsafe. I myself fell in the tub while taking a shower. If they aren't going to repair the tub- at least supply the next person(s) a mat prior to their stay. The tub is very unsafe and someone can definitely get hurt (like I did). Overall, we did enjoy the location of the hotel. I does have a beautiful view. Maria

It was extremely clean and all staff were so welcoming. The rooms have more space than a standard hotel so you don't feel crowded and a big plus for sitting on the balcony of your room, eating breakfast or washing the sunset over the lake. Complimentary coffee, purified water with options to flavor, cookies, wine and cheese and crackers really show the Pine Grove resort goes above and beyond for customer service. Their private beach has plenty of seating to sit and relax watching the lake and a screened gazebo with more seating and table space if you wanted to have your family or friends with you. At night they light the fire pits on the beach so you can continue relaxing. The pool and hot tub wasn't ever too busy and it was clean and the lighting gave a cool vibe after dark which made it even more inviting. My kids and I had an amazing time (it even made my teenager happy) at this Resort and I WILL DEF stay here again!

Prime location with exclusive beach access and breathtaking sunset views over the water. Family-friendly accommodations with clean, comfortable rooms. Complementary coffee, tea, and a welcome glass of wine upon arrival. A satisfying breakfast was included in our stay as well. Would love to come back to this place.
