the only positives were the staff were always polite, if not effective, and it was quiet. These aside the facilities were not only awful, cramped, tired and bathroom not clean, but the kettle provided was unsafe. This was certainly not the standard of room I thought I had booked on the website

Exactly what you would expect from a budget hotel. Comfortable enough, not dirty but not immaculate, not uncomfortable but not luxury. If you’re looking for a place to get your head down for a couple of nights, it’s fine. Don’t bring your wife here for a special occasion. The pub next door is decent, with reasonably priced food and drink.

The receptionist was amazing absolutely lovely lady no hassle check in greated with a big smile hotel was clean smelt fresh no issues at all 10/10 would recommend staying here.

Never stay here, the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed. Dreadful condition, floors and carpets filthy, bathtub scratched and with black ingrained dirt, towels thin and old, as a single female didn’t feel safe, tv only had sound and breakfast went straight in the bin it was so disgusting. The place needs gutting, new furniture and beds, more of a doss house with 3 beds in my room alone! Car ark strewn with rubbish. Absolutely not worth the money. The only positive note was the receptionist who was lovely.

The staff were warm, friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. The bath could do with re-lining but the shower was perfectly fine.

Good option for Wimbledon (Tolworth station parking £4.60ish for the day and only around 17mins to Wimbledon Station and the shuttle buses). Also only about 12 mins drive to Epsom which is a nice market town. Quiet despite being close to main road. Lovely staff.

The venue is located on a main thoroughfare and adjacent to a restaurant. The room was clean and the bathroom appeared to recently updated. There was plenty of room for up to four occupants, including a couch. The included breakfast was reasonable. Staff were quite accommodating.

Wouldn’t stay again

It was awful. Plug in the sink wouldn’t work and therefore had to leave the water in there.paid for breakfast and it was just a bag to go! No gluten free when messaged them to say gluten free please. Rooms were extremely basic!!!! Very little in way of room amenities like tea and coffee just again your basics.
