Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, und benötigt, wie auch der Garten etwas Zuwendung, aber alles soweit an Ausstattung vorhanden. Das Haus befindet sich in Equemauville, und die Hauptstrasse nach Honfleur führt leider unmittelbar am Grundstück vorbei. Dafür waren wir mit dem Auto in 3 Minuten in Honfleur, was eine sehr hübsche Hafenstadt mit alten Gassen ist. Ein großer Supermarkt mit Bäcker, Tankstelle befindet sich direkt um die Ecke. Vermieter ist freundlich. Ein- und Auschecken ohne Probleme.

Wir kommen gern wieder!

Wir haben uns sowohl in dem Haus, im Garten als auch in der gesamten Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage des Hauses ist ideal für Unternehmungen in alle Richtungen. Zu entdecken gibt es sehr viel. Die 10 Tage unseres Aufenthaltes waren wirklich viel zu kurz Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und ist trotzdem nur wenige Minuten vom lebhafteren Honfleur entfernt. Für Hundebesitzer ist das Haus ideal, weil das Grundstück vollkommen eingezäunt ist . Dem Besitzer, der im Haus nebenan wohnt, möchten wir ein ganz dickes Lob aussprechen! Cyril, ganz lieben Dank für die netten Gespräche und Tipps und den Cidre und Calvados:-)!!!!

Les vacances à l’extérieur de la maison étaient bien mais dans la maison sa sentais le renfermé ,le frigo ne fonctionner pas , pas de sèche linge,et plusieurs chose n’allait pas je vais pas tout cité parce que je ferais un roman sinon. Je ne recommande cette maison .

Vacances pour visiter la Normandie

Accès à la maison simple, les indications du propriétaire sont claires. Le propriétaire est le voisin, pour la remise des clés, c est simple. La maison est suffisamment spacieuse pour 4 personnes. Elle est confortable mais nécessite un peu de rafraîchissement, par exemple, le frigo ne fonctionne pas (info donnée au propriétaire en début de séjour, mais rien n'a été fait), bain de soleil déchiré ( info donnée au propriétaire, il le savait déjà),beaucoup de mauvaises herbes devant la maison, portail cassé, accès par le jardin inaccessible car rempli de ronces,... Les fenêtres en double vitrage sont de bonne qualité, cela permet de ne pas être dérangé par le bruit des voitures passant sur la route côté jardin ( pas mal de circulation car c est la route principale pour se rendre à Honfleur). La maison est très bien située pour visiter la région, nous avons pu voir Honfleur ( le chemin peut se faire à pied), Caen, Fécamp, Etretat,... La plage du Butin n'est pas terrible, mieux vaut aller à Trouville, Villers sur mer ou Deauville. Pour les courses, un supermarché se trouve à 5 minutes à pied, très pratique.

Maison propre et globalement agréable mais vieillissante. De plus la maison n'est pas aussi près de Honfleur que peut le laisser penser l'annonce (plus de 3kms du centre). Le gérant est très courtois et arrangeant.

La maison est très bien située proche d'honfleur. A l'intérieur tout est bien, que ce soit le confort des lits, la propreté, l'espace et la décoration. Si vous voulez passer un séjour à la mer, la maison est idéale même avec deux enfants en bas âge ( possibilité d'avoir un lit parapluie et une chaise haute sur demande)

L'appartement est correct. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Ce n'est pas loin de Honfleur qui est une ville charmante. On a de la chance parce qu'il fait très beau.

La Normandie est vraiment une belle région. A découvrir absolument.

Location bien équipée et agréable. quelques rénovations seraient à faire, mais nous avons passé deux semaines agréables et finis par nous sentir presque comme chez nous. Dommage il a bien fallu repartir.

Agréable séjour dans un cadre très reposant et bien situé

Je ne peux que conseiller cette maison aux éventuels touristes. Un propriétaire super sympathique et discret. Un logement à proximité du centre ville et des plages. Un appartement sobre mais bien décoré. Superbe jardin. Surtout un propriétaire serviable et disponible.

Unsauber, geräuschvoll durch die Straße, Innen sanierungsbedürftig,

Sauberkeit: Wenn man in ein Haus eintritt sieht man nicht alles sofort. Aber dann. Gleich hinter der Eingangstür und etwas oberhalb vor dem Wohnzimmer der Fußboden schmutzig. Der Test mit einem Stück feuchten Papier von der Küchenrolle hat gezeigt mit etwas geeigneten Putzmittel bekommt man den Fußboden sauber. Die Küchenschränke, die Arbeitsplatte und Dunstabzugshaube sowie dessen Überbau sollten unbedingt mal gereinigt werden. Wir waren 2 Paare aber ich muss Euch sagen wir haben uns auf ein Minimum eingeschränkt. Etliches Geschirr sowie Gläser waren nicht sauber so das wir uns das Geschirr genommen haben welches wir in dieser Zeit wirklich brauchen und dann abgewaschen. Auf der einen Seite die Arbeitsplatte ebenso gesäubert ein Tuch hingelegt und für die ganze Zeit das saubere Geschirr dort abgestellt. Dann hieß es schneide mal bitte Brot ab, ok keine Frage mach ich. Auf Grund dessen Brotmesser abgewaschen. Brett gesucht zum schneiden. Brett lag neben dem Kochfeld doch es wollte es gar nicht sich aufnehmen lassen. Es war etwas festgeklebt auf der dortigen Arbeitsplatte. Aber dann, dann kam mir ein übler Geruch von dem Brett entgegen so das mir bald schlecht wurde und es sofort ins Freie befördert habe. Das war die Küche, nun zum Wohnzimmer. Wir werden die knarrenden Dielen bzw. es waren keine Dielen sondern Parkett. Aber Parkett in einem Zustand welches wir noch nicht gesehen haben. Sehr ramponiert und als Pflege gab es wohl nur Wasser. Selbst ein Meisterdieb hätte schweben müssen. Auf dem Foto wird ein dunkles Sofa gezeigt, wahrscheinlich da wir 2 Paare waren wurde von irgendwo ein desolates 2. Sofa gestellt und die Sitzfläche mit einer Decke abgedeckt. Unter der Decke entdeckten wir dann das die Sitzfläche vollkommen aufgerissen war und uns die Polsterung entgegen lachte. Wow! Die Bestuhlung und Tisch waren in Ordnung. Dann standen im Zimmer eine Vitrine u. ein Sideboard aus welchem Jahrhundert vermag ich nicht zu sagen. Ist ja auch nicht das Problem wenn diese anständig hergerichtet sind und uns nicht riesen Wasserflecke usw. entgegen sehen. Der kleine Balkon ist auf der Seite zur Hauptstr. nach Honfleur für eine Verkehrszählung gut geeignet. Die hinter dem Haus führende Straße 30 Zone, mit 2 Personen im Auto wird dann auch 60 gefahren also mit einem Auto das Grundstück zu verlassen ist schon gefährlich. Einer von uns stand auf der Straße und hat auf den Verkehr geachtet. Auf dem Flur oder sonstiges keine Garderobe. Bad war in Ordnung

Ein Haus mit allen nötigen Sachen für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Das Haus ist sehr gut situiert. Die Stadt Honfleur ist in ein Paar Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Supermarket kann auch problemlos zu Fuß erreicht werden. Wir haben die Zeit in der Normandie sehr genossen. Der Vermieter war sehr gut zu erreichen, der Kontakt war sehr nett. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen. Gerne wieder!

Très agréable séjour

Logement très bien situé, agréable et fonctionnel.Vous pouvez rayonner dans le département du Calvados pour vos visites. Nous avons largement profité de l espace repas extérieur. Cette maison des années 70 a été restaurée efficacement. Propre et fonctionnelle je recommande cette location. L accueil est chalereux et discret, Cyril est là si vous tombez en panne de charbon pour les grillades! Mylène et Thierry juillet 2018
