Nice hotel in an excellent location directly on the bay. Great views, connected to the convention center and easy walk to a number of good restaurants. Room was clean and functional, but not very large. Friendly desk and restaurant staff, affordable dining options on site. On the negative side, hotel common areas were not as clean, hallways showed a lack of sweeping / vacuuming. May have been a result of high occupancy. Overall a very nice choice if you are visiting Erie. I'd recomend.

The property was very nice, I would definitely consider staying here again. I only have 2 comments. 1.) My friend and I stayed in a room together (we are both girls). We went to grab the hair dryer out of the bag and noticed an opened condom box. Inside the box was an open condom (not sure if it was used or not). This is disgusting, and honestly kind of a bio hazard. It makes me question how well the rooms are cleaned… We called to let the front desk know about it, they took an hour to bring us a new hair dryer (we had dinner reservations and were getting ready) and honestly didn’t seem to care about the issue. 2.) It would be nice if the bistro/starbucks cafe was open later than 10:30.

Gorgeous property, great amenities, and exceptional staff anywhere on the property. What stuck out to be was the exceptional customer service from beginning to end. We will for sure come back again! The location of the hotel was perfect. It was a holiday weekend, but the cleaning in the common areas wasn't great. Trash cans were over flowing and debris on the floor. The rooms were clean and nice.

I'm a frequent traveler and hard to impress. I do not think there is better lodging in all of Erie than a Bayside view at this facility. It is connected to the convention center, has a pleasant bayside walkway, a couple eateries. Walkable to the maritime museum. Nicely appointed rooms and boutique style bathrooms. There is a more expensive hotel chain next door, but I dont see any advantage.

We have not got the Suite we booked, the bed and sheets were very old, the room has inside air conditioning, 2 hours after check in the room has a heating on against the cooling, Maintenace came and plugged a fan to push the hot air around. We have added breakfast to the booking; restaurant staff was rude when using the breakfast vouchers as they are giving the food for free! No early hours for outside pool, many improvements needed at this hotel!
