Our room appeared to have not been used for a while. The tub faucet water started out orange, but cleared quickly. There were some bugs in our room, both alive and dead. The workout room was "out of service". We had no bath towels, so I had to back to the lobby. The bath towels received were crazy thin and small with a blue stripe that would be a pool towel at most hotels. That being said, the bed and pillows were remarkably comfortable. Breakfast was decent with many options. I would not choose to stay here again, but it was OK for quick overnight on a long roadtrip.

Corridors smell like old sweat and cheep beer, room looked ok but large coachroach on the bed this morning was not cool. Had to park all the way in back to access our room, and apparently thats where the work crews park and gather to drink. Approached by a very intoxicated man asking for beer. Did not feel safe.

Disappointed! The key cards didn't work and could only get 2 for the 4 of us. No hangers, no iron, the hair dryer didn't work. Had to continually as for towels, couldn't get extra pillows, the staff was constantly on their phones, the exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work . The gym was " out of order" the whole thing not just one piece of equipment. The only redeeming things was a decent continental breakfast and excellent water pressure for showers

Overall it wasn't a bad stay but we had a few things that kept it from being a really good stay. No cups in rooms, not enough towels, garbage left in hallway, no response when calling front desk, tv wasn’t working, dead bugs on the floor, mold on shower curtain, and no decaf coffee available.

The receptionist was the only nice thing about the property. It was very old. I asked for towels and was they only had pool towels (the white ones with the blue stripe). The towels were dingy not the bright white you expect from a hotel. After wetting it the towel looked grey. The shower curtain was water stained from the bottom about 1 foot giving it a yellowish tinge. The curtains for the room didn’t fully cover the window so there was a bright light from the courtyard that shone into my room all night. The pillows were very thin and I could feel the bed springs through the mattress. Doors to the property from the outside were not secure. Anyone could walk in without a key to the side and back doors. I would never stay here again nor would I tell others to.

NEEDS HELP

Got to then hotel, chdck in was smooth. Cleanliness, it definitely is lacking. Back parking lot was full of Hispanics & made even my husband nervous. Hallways smelled heavily of weed. Breakfast left A LOT to be desired. No coffee, juice tasted watered down, pancakes were dry and flavorless. There was nobodya around to even ask about fresh coffee.

I never write reviews but I think this time it is needed. Property was fine for the price but not the cleanest. We stayed there for 2 nights. There is nothing close to this location so you do need to drive everywhere. Breakfast was decent! On night 1 when I went to check in they told me we had 2 rooms which was not the case. This was an error due to bad service when booking. I canceled the other reservation at that time. Expedia tried to get my money back but it was denied. I understand there was a no cancellation policy but in this case I did not even know 2 rooms were booked. I tried to call the hotel 11 times! Either no one would answer or the manager wasn’t there or they would answer and hang up! I just wanted to try to work this out. To someone that would have visited your location again it is such a shame you couldn’t even have tried to refund the money or give us a credit. Very disappointing experience!
