The Villa is located 5 minutes away from the city of Porto Heli, on a spot with a magnificent view of the sea and the island of Spetses.

The villa extends over three levels, it has four bedrooms and it can accommodate up to seven people.

Its ground floor is on the same level as the pool, the green garden, a lounge that overlooks the pool, and a large dining room with bar and BBQ that stands out in the outdoor space. In the interior of the ground floor, you will find a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a bedroom with an external bathroom.

On the first level of the villa there is another living room, a bedroom with two single beds, a bedroom with a single bed and a bathroom.

On the second level there is a bedroom with a double bed and utility area, as well as another bathroom.
