The apartment features a stunning split-level terrace that is elevated for privacy and security. The upper terrace is perfect for enjoying drinks and dining whilst the lower terrace has private hot tub for your enjoyment.

Walk into the apartment and you are immediately greeted by a beautiful open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen that walks out onto the expansive 100 sq. m. split-level terrace with views to Gibraltar and Africa and a jacuzzi on the lower terrace.

The master suite has a double-sided walk-in closet, a large ensuite bathroom with 2 sinks, shower/tub, toilet, and bidet and a unique design feature of a glass window looking onto the master bedroom (don't worry, there's also a blind for those that are on the shy side). The master bedroom features a queen size bed and a 47' TV w. cable and Chromecast.

There is a pullout couch in the living room, as well as an air mattress in the master closet as well as linens for both.
