The living room is bright and spacious, providing a comfortable L-shaped sofa facing a smart TV (with Sonos soundbar beneath). The living room also provides access onto the sunny south facing terrace, furnished with exterior L-shaped sofa and coffee table. The terrace enjoys views of the communal pool and gardens.

The bedroom offers a double bed, plenty of wardrobe space, a flat screen TV, Sonos speaker, and has access out onto the apartment’s terrace. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with jets. Inside the bathroom guests will also find a washing machine.

The apartment has centralised A/C (hot and cold) throughout the property (in all rooms), and strong fibre optic WIFI is also provided. 

The Costalita urbanisation is beachfront and is perfectly situated for beachgoers and walkers, with the beachfront promenade providing easy access to numerous beach bars and restaurants along the coast up to Estepona promenade. Costalita is also centrally located to numerous golf courses, tennis and padel courts, as well as windsurfing and kitesurfing spots, making it a great base for most holiday escapes. The Villa Padierna Racquet Club is less than 100 metres away (padel and tennis courts), as is the new METT hotel and resort, which has a fantastic pool/beach club.

Ideal for families, couples and sensible groups, the property does not accept party groups or groups under the age of 21 years old.
