It took over 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower, and the staff indicated they had received the same call the week before, so they would have maintenance look into it. Toilets were older and did not flush well. We went to get hot coffee at 6:00 in the morning, and it was cold with no one around to refill it.

I chose this hotel as it was near Estes Lake and close to the venues I needed for the weekend. The staff were fantastic throughout. The room was large, clean and had everything it should have. Would definitely stay again.

Not happy. My husband told the front desk I had limited mobility and walked with a cane. They put us on the 2nd floor with no access with an elevator. It was not only difficult but very painful for me to get to the room. The stairs and hallways are dirty. Rooms have LVP flooring which is better than dirty carpet. Rooms are ok but nothing special. We booked here because of picture on Travelocity but instead of the mountains, we mostly had a view of a metal warehouse. My biggest complaint is that they did not put us on 1st floor even after my husband explained the situation.

“We don’t clean rooms”

Location is great as is room size. Breakfast is as billed “eclectic”. Elk jerky chili and a deviled egg bar. We were booked for Sunday to Friday. On Tuesday I requested a fresh up of our room in the morning, again mid afternoon- empty waste baskets and bring some clean towels. When we returned at 6 nothing had been done and the front desk person said “”We don’t clean rooms”. Eventually we got some towels and the waste baskets emptied. By Wednesday evening we decided to check out a day early. They refunded our one night cost.

Enjoyed the stay. Nice breakfast options. Entering through the front door is much better than the side door that was closest to our room. The side door made it feel like a cheap motel. We were glad to see the front area the next morning. The front lobby, breakfast area, game room are older decor but nicely done. Good areas to hang out with family or friends. All the staff were very friendly.

Expedition Adventure awaits you!

Our room was on the remodeled side. Comfy bed, clean room, nice modern bathroom but a bit tight. For me, no problem for bigger folks, maybe too small. Quiet. Desk CSRs very friendly & helpful. Volunteered to come to room to fix TV connection. Breakfast was okay. Conveniently located & plenty of parking. Nice covered patio on 2nd floor with a great view. Would come again.
