SPIDERS….The outside door to our room (parking lot side for first floor rooms) was covered with hundreds of small spider eggs in webs around the door in the vinyl siding….These conditions do not get this way overnight….Bathroom fixtures were “spotted” with who knows what….Lack of housekeeping was very obvious….Would NEVER stay here again and would NEVER recommend this facility to anyone….

Pet friendly! Staff always friendly, courteous and helpful! We loved the eclectic breakfast buffet...the elk chili was delightful. A varienty of breads, cereals and the hard boiled egg station. Was very sufficient for us! Coffee and tea always available in lobby. The building is a little dated, but it was doable. We stayed three nights.

Person at the front desk was on a personal call the ENTIRE time he checked us in! The elevator was super tiny and scary! Thank goodness only had to take it to the 2nd floor! The bathroom floor and shower were horrible!

Get yourself an Antonio’s pizza across the street and eat it on the second floor deck of the lodge as the sun sets over the mountains. Perfect viewpoint of this spectacular sight

This property is very dated and not worth the high price we paid for the room. There is an elevator but we still had to go up steps on 2d floor to get to our room with heavy bags. Room lighting was insufficient with the corner near the window being very dark. The only ice machine was hidden on a landing between the first and second floors with no sign indicating where it was. Air conditioner looked like something from the 1970s with no thermostat, just a dial between red and blue that made you guess how to set it and then it ran all night. Staff friendly and breakfast OK, but rooms need updating and work.

It took over 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower, and the staff indicated they had received the same call the week before, so they would have maintenance look into it. Toilets were older and did not flush well. We went to get hot coffee at 6:00 in the morning, and it was cold with no one around to refill it.
