Très déçu par certains côtés

Séjour à Europa Park : Nous avons été satisfait de trouver ce logement à seulement 10 mn en voiture du Park. Il était spacieux (nous étions 9) et la literie confortable.Le gros désagrément fut :- De trouver une salle de bain dont les joints de la douche était pas clean (présence de champignon) - La bouche d'aération de la VMC pas propre (grosse couche de poussière.- Le panier pour déposer les flacons de douche était tout rouillé.- L'état du lave vaisselle lamentable : les paniers étaient rouillés là ou le plastique recouvrant avait disparut et le panier à couvert troué (Incompréhensible quand on loue un bien)Cet état de matériel et de manque d'entretient n'ai pas tolérable quand l'hôte demande des frais de ménage.Pour finir, il était demandé de ne pas fumer dans l'appartement et de ne plus faire de bruit après 22h.A notre grand regret, sous le fenêtre d'une chambre, l'hôte a installé un banc avec cendrier. Nous sommes tous non fumeur et nous n'avons pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre, en plus gros désagrément d'avoir des fumeurs se mettant là et faisant du bruit. De plus en face il y a un bar et le samedi soir il y avait la retransmission d'un match qui a engendré beaucoup de bruit et nous a empêché de noud reposer après notre journée bien fatiguante.__

Schlechte Raumaufteilung (großes Bett mitten im Wohnzimmer). Einfache Garten-Klappstühle am Küchentisch. Böden und Bäder nicht besonders sauber. Kein Fön. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis aus unserer Sicht nicht in Ordnung. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Ferienwohnungen aus unserer Erfahrung keine Luxuswohnung!

… ideal für Aufenthalte mit Familien… sehr gut gelegen, alles in der Nähe, gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder mal in den Europapark fahren 💪👌🙏☺️

schöne Unterkunft

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Natürlich war nicht alles komplett ideal, aber das lag auch an der Reisekonstellation, die sich aus zwei 3-köpfigen Familien zusammengesetzt hat. Der Zugang per App ist natürlich etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber so kann jeder mit einem Handy die Wohnung selbst aufschließen und man braucht nicht Schlüssel-Management betreiben oder diesen jeweils überall mitnehmen.
