The front clerk was great. She was filling in for someone who was a no show. She was sweet, and helpful. But in our room, different story. TV didn’t work, shampoo dispenser broken, nasty stain on the bottom of the tub, they banged on the door at 8:18am, wanting to know if we were checking out, and asked again when we went to breakfast. The breakfast lady was not happy we were there to eat, and made it clear by sweeping the same spot over and again. I felt like we were being rush out, and we we completely out by a little after 9-away before check out time.

This was a very nice suite. They have a really good hot breakfast. We stayed in this room on our way to Florida and stayed again on our way back home from Florida. We enjoyed the room so much we decided to stay again just a week later. This will be our go to room, when going through the area.

The room was neglected bathroom floor had not been marked. You can see shoe prints. Bathtub was nasty soap dish was nasty. It was so dusty in the room like nobody had dusted the whole. I was very very disappointed. Will never stay there again I don’t see how this hotel made it on the hotel.com list I was in room 228 NASTY

The hotel smells extremely sanitized when you walk in to the front desk. The room is nice and spacious. They can do a better job of cleaning off furniture but other than that the stay is nice and quiet.
