First off the bed sheet had a red looking substance on it when I called to request that they come change the sheets, the young lady first said no house keeper is available and her boss told her not to move anyone but her being a decent person did move me. The next morning my kids and I went down for breakfast & my son made waffle and didn’t see the syrup and when I asked the gentleman at the first day he came in and yelled at me at over 30 people saying in a conceding & rude tone saying it’s over here. I kindly replied sir I went 2 rooms for 2 nights from you, the attitude is not necessary. Lastly on Thanksgiving day when we returned back to the hotel my key was not working & I had to go to the front desk for a reset of the key, the same rude man snatch the key from me, looked it up and then call my name in a very rude and condescending matter and threw the key on the counter to me. I would never be going back to this hotel again if I could give it zero stars I would.

The room was fine. The bathroom was rundown and dirty in the corners. The outside of the hotel was run down and the pool was filled with debris. The gym was closed for repairs. I wouldn’t really recommend this hotel. However it was cheap and the breakfast given was good.

The front desk lady was so very nice and accommodated my request of a bottom floor. The property is nothing like the pictures look online. And the reviews misleading. It is run down and not at all a safe looking area. The rooms are very dingy and filthy. The floors aren't carpet thank goodness but dirty. The tv worked fine. However who knows? When the remote was cleaned as it didn't have the normal label or bag that I usually find after it has been cleaned. I couldn't sleep because someone had their music so loud it was a din of boom boom boom. I turned on the light in the middle of the night to read. A roach crawled out from under the coverlet in the bed. I wouldn't stay here again if they paid me. I couldn't get back to sleep after the roach incident. I was leary of eating the basic continental breakfast. Just drive on by.

Bed was awful!!!! Accessible bathroom is an accident waiting to happen! Bath tiles on the floor slick as ice. Water goes everywhere! You will injure yourself as I nearly did. Tv is a 40” MAYBE and old. Property was filthy on the outside. Did not feel all that safe either. Other than that, you can see the lake. Bed was floor firm. Cover on bed stunk! Just an overall bad decision in my part.

The room needs to be renovated and the security on doors enhanced. Felt unsafe with all the people walking around outside, other renters I guess. They watched you and scoped out your vehicle. I almost requested another room. When they started their vehicles, the exhaust came through the open cracks in door. For future reference, I would put your older couples in another area of motel.

The floors in our rooms were filthy!!!! We walked across the floors and within 5 minutes the bottom of my feet were black . Our sink would stopped up in less than a minute and would take 10 mins to drain. I went to the office at 2:00pm and spoke with a indian guy and explained our issues. The first thing out if his mouth was why i waited till 2:00pm to tell him. My response was im here fishing and left the room at 5:30am. I said i dont think you'd appreciate that call at 5:30am. He displayed an attitude of disgust but said he would follow me to the room.
