The people at the front desk were amazingly nice and accommodating. There's plenty of places to eat and go shopping within walking distance. The convenience store right next door is handy and easy access to the freeway.
Friendly staff, convenient location, but sits at intersection of large, noisy roads and decor is outdated by decades. Would stay here if better (quieter) options werenât available, but Parkway is only ever a backup option.
Staff here was very friendly and quick to respond to any needs. Although hotel is located on busy street, it was not noisy and we slept very comfortably. We liked the price and we were able to walk to restaurants and the farmers market.
Owners/Staff were quick and helpful. They were attentive when I drove in at 10pm and could not find parking - they quickly were out to help me and created a space.
Not gonna lie. I pulled un and thought ummmmm..... however. I was more than surprised. Cleaner than other high end hotels. The room was immaculate. I mean squeaky clean even under the mirror and surrounding walls where it normally is dirty with toothpaste was clean. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows. The shower and curtain both clean. Headboards and lamps clean. Location is perfect and easy to get to. Nice neighborhood and loved the art in the ally. Thank you for your suggestions for dinner.
We found a newer restaurant called Abilities a few blocks away who hire those with disabilities to work. I recommend the cob salad and wings. Delicious food. The peanut butter cup desert was super rich but good.
The people who run it are really nice, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and everything worked properly. The location is conveniently located near the center of Eugene.
We were leaving we realized someone tried to break into our by breaking the door handle off. Luckily they were not able to enter our car. Something needs to be done about wiith all the drugs and homeless people.
Staff was really kind and accommodating with allowing early check in and extending stay. Assisted with additional towels for staff and offered to service the room again during our 2 nights. Had fridge and microwave. Room was really clean. A lot of places within walking distance and on bus lines. Was able to utilize the city transportation to save cost and reduce the need for Uber or rental car).
Area did have some homeless people around (not on property just near buy). The homeless did not disturb you it does cause a little safety concerns for females walking alone (but thatâs really any situation). Also out of control of the property.
Les points faibles : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
The hotel itself is located in a busy place and right off the freeway. The traffic and street noise made it difficult to sleep at night. One of the double beds was very uncomfortable with broken springs. All of this said, however, the hotel itself was very clean and the staff were nice and friendly.
We have stayed in many hotels in Eugene in the last 5 years, this one was a very pleasant experience.
The only thing that I would change is having adjustable beds. Even if a person had to rent the control to make it work it would be worth it. That is not a complaint at all it's just a suggestion!
