When we walked in, the lady at the front desk (Bonnie?) was very welcoming and helpful. The room was beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub and gym were perfect for our family. I used the lovely office area to get some business done on one of the computers. Internet access was easy. Of all the hotels we had been to on our summer road trip, your hotel had the best breakfast and the sweetest chef who helped with food choice and also with planning a great day at the beach and dunes. Your coffee was delicious too! Your hotel is outstanding and we are super grateful for you. Thank you!

This is the nicest holiday inn espress I’ve been to. The facility was super clean. The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was nice as well, very well stocked and great healthy alternatives. Excellent all around. The rooms were great size.

Even though it’s near the airport, it’s quiet and it’s conducive for resting. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was clean as well, I like the big mirror with good lighting. The free All American breakfast was great, and keeps you energized for the day. Me and my husband would come back again to this hotel specifically, if we’ll be in town.

Best Stop on the Trip

We are currently on a long road trip with 9 stops. The Holiday Inn Express was our 6th hotel, and it was by far the best. We arrived too late to enjoy the hot tub but were pleasantly surprised that it opened at 5:30 AM. My husband, our son, and I got to enjoy the pool and hot tub all to ourselves the next morning then enjoy a nice hot breakfast before exploring the coast and Redwoods. Having stayed at so many hotels with poor AC, dingy bathtooms, weak water ptessure, rock hard beds, etc., it was so worth it to pay a little extra to enjoy the comfort and cleanliness at this hotel. My husband thought the bed was a tad firm, but I had zero complaints. I wish all Holiday Inn hotels were this nice!
