The first night the fire alarm whehnt off shortly after we checked in and my kids were scared and didnt want to stay. The staff said that the fire alarm kept going off and there was a short in the system

Check in was great. Room itself was mostly clean, very echoey and I could hear everything going on in rooms around me. I was given a WiFi password which their system never asked me for, instead tried to sell me faster WiFi service. The TV in the room was not working and the front desk relayed it was because of weather, but when I mentioned that should not have any bearing, he relayed it was because of the proximity to the mountains, told me there was nothing he could do about it. I was forced to stream (slowly) thought my laptop the entire stay.

Staff was wonderful, room was okay. Shower head was so covered with hard water build up I could hardly get a straight stream. The bathroom floor was missing grout that creating uneven ridges in the bathroom floor. Towels were thin as were the walls. I had hoped for a better experience as I have stayed at Comfort Inn before and the experience has been good.

The front desk was very accommodating and due to some confusion regarding photos from the Expedia listing. They were willing to upgrade our room to the room we thought we were getting with the reservation (based on the photos). Different channels were available on the TVs in both of the rooms that we checked into. HBO was on the TV in the room without the whirlpool tub, but it wasn't available on the TV in the Whirlpool room...weird. There were only about seven functioning television channels and three of them were home shopping channels. The elevator was broken and the fire exit on the ground level nearest to our room was blocked and locked intentionally because it was broken.

This is my most frequent place I stay when I travel. The staff is so friendly the rooms are always clean. Everything works in the room. Very peaceful and quiet. Breakfast is always wonderful. The location is great..gas station and restaurants lounge near by. This is far the best stay for your money.
