Great value and location

The rooms here are very spacious and clean, and it's great having a desk and chair and also large refrigerator. Very easy check-in and room key codes (sent by email). Location is outstanding for proximity to historic, art, and Longwood Gardens. Coffee shop right next door is fabulous, too, as is floral shop. Staff very welcoming and rooms quiet (some street noise from Rt 1.

While our suite was wonderful (loved the fireplace!) There was very little soundproofing so we heard everything said and done in the hallway. Check-in was a challenge because internet problems kept the staff from sending room combinations in advance as advertised. Instead, we arrived at 5pm and had to wait 10-15 minutes for a staff member to arrive and check us in manually.
