Lovely rural location on A140 - excellent room and superb breakfast

Suffolk surprise

Pros: Room was in a separate block to the hotel and surprisingly quiet, lovely wet room , furnishings maybe due for replacement but bed comfy and room clean so can't ask anymore for the price , food was very good for evening meal and breakfast .
Cons: Nothing really being realistic for the price. Furnishings maybe could do with an upgrade
Location: Lovely quiet spot away from other buildings with rural views.
