My experiences at Pike's in Fairbanks have been consistently outstanding, with the staff, particularly the housekeeper, demonstrating exceptional warmth and hospitality during my 10-day stays. Pike's also offers a range of convenient amenities, including complimentary shuttle services to and from the airport and local stores like Fred Meyer Grocery, as well as a complimentary breakfast. I would not hesitate to book my accommodations at Pike's again if I were to return to Fairbanks.

While the location is very convenient to the airport and the main corridor area feels cozy, the condition of the rooms was a major issue. The lodge is old and worn out, resulting in significant drafts. Our room was freezing due to cold air leaking in through cracks in the walls, which was impossible to fix during our stay. We managed one very cold night but had to cut our stay short to find somewhere warmer.
