It was a great hotel experience for a one night need a hotel so me and my baby can rest, it was clean upon arrival, there was enough towels. I love the shampoo & conditioner, and body wash they had. The front desk man was nice and professional. That might have to be my new location for hotels. I’m coming back again for longer stay and try out their food and bar hehe It was a great hotel experience for a one-night stay. I needed a hotel so my baby and I could rest. It was clean upon arrival, and there were enough towels. I love the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash they had. The front desk man was nice and professional. Room had an odor... not terrible, but definitely noticeable. Fair amount of wear and tear ... bathroom ceiling has peeling paint, sofa cushions quite worn, elevators bouncy, etc.

Great Hotel!

The hotel is very nice and clean, updated a bit modern. There is plenty of parking and they do not charge for parking. The location of the hotel is great, with plenty of options for food around and ease of access to other neighborhoods. The staff are very friendly. I did not make my way to the hotel gym or laundry facilities on this trip. When I checked in, everything seemed fine. I went up to my room, unpacked and set up my work computer to get some hours in. However, after about an hour, another gentleman was also gaining access to my hotel room. I asked him which room he was trying to gain access and it was the same hotel room number. I informed the stranger to go back down to the front desk and I would call. Turns out, they charged me an entirely different room and placed me in another. After about 10 minutes, they had corrected the room mix up, let me remain in the room, instantly refunded my credit card and charged me with the correct amount. The staff worker also provided me with comped breakfast. My room was very clean. Sheets were nice and clean, bathroom very clean. The deck in the hotel room was nice and the TV worked just fine. During my 3 days, 2 nights stay mid week, there were no children and there appeared to be more professionals staying on the premises. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again, compared to the other hotels that I have stayed in the area, this was quite nice.

The room was clean and the bed was so comfortable. Loved the water glasses...lol. Fairly quiet. No hall noise, so that was nice. The only complaint was no free coffee in the lobby area. I know there is coffee in the room, but we thought there would be some available on the way out, so didn't make any. By then, it was too late.
