The house was beautiful and the scenery amazing. There was fountain in the front of the house, a bunny running on the lawn when we pulled up, very picturesque.The garage had a Tesla Charger that we a very helpful and convenient. While the bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen were clean, other areas were not maintained/cleaned.It was warm (70 degrees)the day we arrived and when we first walked in it was musty smelling. Since there was no AC, the manager suggested that we open the windows. With all the windows open, it took about a day and a half to get rid of the smell. The first 2 days when it was warm, there were ants in the kitchen. There were also spiders on the lower level and the associated spider webs around the bedroom windows inside. The balcony had a table and chairs that were very dirty. In the corner of the deck, there was a dirty mop and mop bucket.While the back windows were clean for the wonderful view, the outside of the side windows were dirty and had spiderwebs.Some of the light fissures were a little dusty.I was expecting info on the property, Wi-Fi, TV access and what to do with garbage when we arrived. We did not see any pails other than a recycle bin visible. near the garageOverall the place was beautiful but could have been cleaner.
