The bungalow is very neat, the morning and evening skylines beautiful, even inspirational, and the location is great for access - we visited San diego, Safari Park, Oceanside (thanks for the restaurant point out!), San Clemente and a series of local quilting ships all with ease! out!). Beautiful and relaxing time in North SD County

Everything about our visit to Ocean Breezes Guesthouse in Fallbrook was lovely. Our stellar hosts, Stephanie and Phil, mindfully furnished and stocked every aspect of the gorgeous and comfortable indoor space. The ample grounds, wrap around veranda and amazing views made spending time outside spectacular. We had a great stay and highly recommend it for individuals and couples. When returning to the area, we will book with them!

Wonderful hosts

The kindest hosts we’ve come across. They were so kind and thoughtful. The guesthouse is very nice and private and far enough away from their home to make it feel it’s on its own. The place is very nice and up to date and very clean. Lots of wineries and hiking trails in the area. Would recommend this place to those wanting a weekend getaway or just a quiet place to relax. Again, hosts are very kind! :)

Pure Serenity

Absolutely amazing! Stayed here for a quick trip while our monster visited his grandparents in Fallbrook. Quiet, private, clean, immaculate grounds, unmatched hosts and exactly as described. This was probably my top 1 or 2 favorite places that I've ever stayed! The hosts, Stephanie and Phill have thought of everything that your heart could desire for a Fallbrook getaway! Unfortunately we didn't get to meet them but I know they're as sweet as their daughter that was kind enough to show us around. Their communication was easily 10 stars. My mom and I stayed here for a girls weekend and felt very relaxed and rejuvenated after our trip. The house shares property with the owners and is absolutely beautiful. There are tons of outside seating areas to enjoy the beauty of the 4 acre property. The kitchen and bathroom are large and have everything you could need. The bed, although tall for my mom was super comfortable (and we're pretty critical of beds). We didn't cook but enjoyed some great local restaurants that had takeout. An added bonus was that I was able to bring my small dog! This place is really great. I can't wait to visit again!

Amazing

This place is better than the pictures. We enjoyed the patio for beautiful sunsets. The owners were out of town, but stayed in communication with us our whole stay. We had everything we needed. We only wish we could have stayed longer. You will not be disappointed if you decide to stay here.

THE best VRBO stay to date

Ocean breezes is a beautiful guesthouse on a beautiful 4 acre property. Stephanie and Phil were attentive hosts and also very accommodating for any privacy we wanted. We were welcome to stroll on the property, we were welcome to the fruit that was growing, which included lemons, oranges, clementines, grapefruits, avocados, passionfruit, cherry tomatoes, and mint.When we arrived there were fresh flowers, and a bottle of wine and some quick instructions for our stay. Any questions or need we had, which weren’t many, were quickly responded to with a solution. The guest house is beautiful and has everything we needed. As someone who stays and likes to cook, I appreciated the extra things not usually found such as food wrap, storage containers, freezer bags, extra dish towels and dish rags, an apron, sharp knives, decent wine glasses, well stocked cooking and food prepared tools. There was also flour, sugar, brown sugar, and spices.we had a dog with us and she was welcomed with food and water dishes and waste bags.The guest house was perfect to watch sunsets, barbecue, there are a few places to sit and dine outdoors. Very bright with lots of big windows, tall doors, lots of closet space and a comfy bed. We love the house, felt like very honoured guests and really appreciated the welcome we received. We can’t wait to go back! The guest house reflects the hosts, classy with great taste.We have been hesitant of casitas due to uncertainty for privacy but we were not disappointed

An absolute MUST!

This property has it all & I cannot recommend it enough! The location is serene, with beautiful sunsets & lovely landscaping. The hosts were amazing, helpful, communicative & even guided us through a nearby fire situation. The guest house is beyond lovely. Lots of windows & french doors for an indoor/outdoor feeling. The house was immaculately clean, with lovely ammenities. A fully stocked kitchen, lots of clean fresh towels, a comfy bed, a coffee station with a nice variety of coffee pods. We felt so welcomed and so comfortable. Planning on booking this property again for our next visit. Believe me, you won't be disappointed!

Family Visit

We wanted to find a comfortable and relaxing place to stay while visiting with family in the area. Stephanie and Phil were very personable and met my husband at the guest house at check-in to go over the house and to answer any questions. The guest house was beautiful, clean and very comfortable with a beautiful patio with a scenic view. Although their home was close to the guest house they were very respectful of our privacy and we did not see them during our visit. Stephanie was very thoughtful during a power outage at my daughter's home during our visit and offered for them to stay at the guest house if they needed to. We also needed to change our original date and they were very accommodating to allow us to. We were very happy with our decision to stay in their home and hope to again on a future visit.

DELIGHTFUL STAY!

My wife and I live in the desert, and in order to escape the August heat for a few days, we reserved the guest house owned by Phil and Stephanie. They are superb hosts, and the guest house was impeccable in every detail. It was private, immaculately clean, and well stocked with every utensil, linen and paper product imaginable. We took our 14-pound dog with us, and she loved being able to run and play across the property. My wife especially admired the many large trees on the grounds, including an ancient Brazilian pepper tree just beyond the front doors. Our stay was delightful in every way, and we hope to return soon!

Idyllic Fallbrook retreat

The guesthouse at Ocean Breezes was perfect for a getaway. The home was very comfortable and extremely well appointed in both the kitchen and with the linens. The owner left coffee pods & creamer, English muffins & jam, as well as a welcome bottle of wine. The area is quiet and extremely serene. I highly recommend staying there.
