The rooms are in two story buildings with outdoor hallways and parking outside the doors. The resort is very quiet with a nice layout by the golf course. They are currently remodeling the rooms with a nice modern farm decor. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi were closed for remodeling. The beds are comfortable, with nice large windows with view of the golf course, and thick light block out curtains. The bathroom has a beautiful barn door that unfortunately has a bit noisy locking mechanism. If one needs to close the door, it might wake the other sleeping room mates. The restaurant lounge is newly remodeled. They had a great band playing during a long happy hour on Friday evening, while serving tasty drinks and dishes. Overall a nice resort, I would not hesitate to return and enjoy the full renovation.

Room was decent. However, outside property was dirty.. Not Pet friendly at all. No grass areas for dogs. Sections of the property are blocked off due to repairs/structure damage. Grass was dead/dry. property needs help in their landscaping. For being a golf resort you would expect better.

We stayed here since we were attending a wedding in the nearby area of Fallbrook. The beds were super comfortable, room was immaculate, and it was very quiet at night. Staff was also incredibly accommodating to our early check in request due to the wedding start time. Thank you!

We checked in late and asked at the desk some dining places nearby. The answer was they didn’t know. I’d suggest a lobby access map or suggestion of some nearby food options.

The recently renovated rooms are spacious and clean with nice amenities. The staff is very nice overall. They’re not flexible on the check-in time even though it was barely half-full when we were there. The course is in excellent shape. The restaurant can’t decide whether it’s a sports bar or brewpub. Loud music and sports ticker tapes are not inviting for a nice dining experience. They’d capture a lot more business from guests and locals if they upgraded the menu and chef position like Temecula Creek Inn did a few years ago. TCI’s heads above them in this regard.

I want to give a huge thank you to Mackey at Palo Mesa Golf Resort for going above and beyond to accommodate me. I had to stay at another hotel the night before and was worried about the gap between check-out and check-in, but Mackey made sure there was a smooth transition. He responded quickly and was incredibly helpful in getting me an early check-in so I didn’t have to wait around. It made such a difference to my day, and I truly can’t thank him enough. Excellent service and hospitality—Mackey is the reason I’ll be returning!

The room itself was spacious and clean. Check in is at the lobby and the rooms you need drive to the rooms which was fine. But there was construction going on so I had to go a longer way to my room and there are no elevators or ramps and my luaggge was really heavy and they placed me on the second floor and didn’t ask me if I had any accommodation issues with going up stairs prior

Very clean, quiet and peaceful. Room was great. It was spacious, had some good furniture, it was updated and stylish with no weird smells or dirtiness which is a big thing for me. Free parking and good location being that its right off the freeway but tucked away. Rated 4 stars only due to limited amenities onsite, no free breakfast, and high prices for the weekend rate. Im not a golfer so the weekend rates weren't worth it for me but I could see this being a great weekend golf retreat.
