The cleaning staff were not friendly at all. Several times I would smile and say good morning, no smile from them or even acknowledging me. The first day they didn’t even empty the garbage . Had to ask someone at the desk

Had no hot water in the hotel for the last 3 days of my stay. Also, room keeping entered my room despite the fact that I had the do not disturb sign on my door. They left a mysterious brown splatter all over my toilet seat! When I called the desk about it they told me that they already sent housekeeping home and that nobody on staff was going to do anything about it. Disgusting!

I was truly disappointed. The biggest thing was first thing in the morning No Hot Water for the shower. 2nd evening I went to the front desk, same gal who checked us in day before & I asked what’s the deal with no hot water??? She said they have a problem & it will be repaired in the afternoon the day we check out. I was not happy at all. She should have told us before we checked in. I would have definitely went somewhere else. I think I should be credited something for this major inconvenience!!!!! 2nd day we left a tip for the cleaning people. When we came back that night only 1 of the two queen beds were made. I could have done better if I slept in the car & went to the beach to clean up. What a disaster…

Great location, but definitely needs some improvement. No hot water (in entire hotel, not just our room), no curtains (just sheer ones that offer privacy but do not block any light) and the breakfast wasn't good (we took a look and decided to get breakfast somewhere else)

Falmouth Inn is well situated near the ferry (walking distance is 10 minutes) and also near restaurants. Our room at this hotel was clean and had towels, shower worked properly. Breakfast was included but was not to our liking. There’s a good breakfast cafe in front of the hotel behind the Dairy Queen called Mary Ellen’s Cafe. I would recommend this hotel it’s in a convenient area and it’s clean. I would stay here again.

Decent but some weird problems

The best thing about this is the location. It's right on the trolley route. The worst thing is the service in public areas--bathroom and breakfast. I notified the desk agent one morning that all three stalls in the bathroom needed service. The next morning, it was clear that they put out toilet paper and never did flush the toilet that someone had used over 24 hours before. The breakfast has three kinds of cereal but no milk. The team member responsible for breakfast offered to take my plate after I was finished, which was a nice touch that seems to be her own effort. I didn't use the pool but saw it mostly empty when I walked past. There is no elevator to the second floor. The room is acceptable. Surely there is much nicer available in the area, but this price point and level of convenience and security were the right mix for me. I also like the proximity to groceries and restaurants and use of microwave and fridge in the room.
