We stayed in a recently renovated room in the stable annex, very comfortable. Friendly staff at reception and in the restaurant, food was good too. Free parking for hotel guests, enter registration number at reception.
Room was clean and the staff welcoming. Breakfast was well cooked. Downside was the height of the bed meant getting in and out difficult. Perhaps for shorter people a footstool in the room would be useful.
I booked multiple rooms for a week for work and all the rooms were very very tired. The pub itself is okay but the rooms are definitely in need of upgrading. The bathrooms havent been touched since the 50's
We stayed in the family room in the attic it was alright but wouldnât rush back, our double bed was comfy but boys beds were very hard, it was clean but very very dated lighting was very poor, tv very small, no lifts and getting big heavy suitcases up all them stairs was a struggle. But the town was nice canny few pubs in town
Les points forts : Personnel et service et confort de la chambre
Good stayâŠ. Donât pay for parking!
The car parking is free, donât use the park and pay machine; the sign is misleading.
You can get your money back (I havenât managed), itâs hard to speak to a person from Britannia parking!
