Nice hotel/ loud guests

This is a very clean and spacious hotel. The staff is extremely friendly. They allowed our pet to stay with a small fee. The bed was comfortable and the room was large and nice. The only downside was not the fault of the hotel. There were kids running up and down the hall hollering and stomping most of the evening. It made it hard to rest. We were on the 2nd floor and the room above us sounded like they were having a party. We are very tolerant so I am not being picky about this. It was very loud.

We stayed at this hotel because of the water slide for our granddaughter to use. It was broken. The hot tub also was not in service. When this was brought to the front desk, I was blown off and they did not seem to care and walked away from me.

I booked 2 rooms. Didn’t put us together. Staff was rude. No conditioner. Not enough towels. Noisy. Chaotic. Breakfast was good.

Overall 4/5. Very good selection for free continental breakfast, room was spacious and clean but the pool was very cold and there were absolutely no towels in the pool area. My toddler was so excited to go in the pool and her teeth couldn’t stop chattering so we had to get out. One of the lights in our living room area of our suite was broken. The TV didn’t fill the screen for some reason and our room was too far from the WiFi server to get WiFi. Still, I would stay here again and my toddler loved it!
