Loved being in this interesting building and literally right above a train track—a very downtown-urban type of feel. The trains don’t honk which is nice so you can just hear them rumbling on the track a few times in the night, not too bad, and really fun to watch them from above during the day!

St Patrick’s Day Stay

What a fun place to stay at! Loved the whole experience of casual shopping, eating and amazing beer along with a cool modern hotel room. I had booked a single room with king bed but got a one room suite. It was nice but I don’t like a bedroom with out a window (too closed in) and I was expecting a balcony. Hopefully next time. The dog friendliness of the brewery and shopping area was so cool. Loved seeing all the people hanging with their pups. Too bad the hotel does not allow dogs. I’ve never seen a better room for a dog with concrete floors and simple furnishings. I would definitely be a repeat customer if I could bring my dog when I’m down visiting family. Charge a fee for cleaning. The outside patio area will be perfect in the summer! Our bartender on the second floor bar on St Patrick’s Day evening was so friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent employee. Great stay. Will be back. If I could bring a dog I would stay every time I’m down in Fargo.

This was an awesome & unique setting. The market space is a cool space with a lot of options. Brewery offers great beers. Hotel room was equally unique, spacious & welcoming. Bedroom with no windows was awesome for someone who likes it dark. There are train tracks right next to the building, but only heard 1 train early in the evening.

A new type of hotel experience

It was a tad confusing while checking in. The staff was helpful though. It was a different experience, in a good way. I like their take on hotel experience. A bit cold in the room. The heater never seemed to get going. All in all, i enjoyed my stay.
