Just visiting family. No opportunity or need for a lot of things at the hotel. Only item that needed attention was condition of room refrigerator. It needed defrosting!

I was disappointed that the two hot tubs were closed for use the entire time we were there. One of the two elevators was also out of service. The pull out sofa was dirty and not comfortable.

Check in took a long time. Needed a 2nd person. Incredible amount of noise in the lobby. Many young people congregated in the lounge. Breakfast was lacking healthy food.
