Staff…I watched a young boy go over to the free breakfast area where there were leftover muffins and other stuff out still. The staff came in and saw and made the hit out it back. He had touched it already and they stated it was past 10:30? It was 11 am already. A young boy!!! Terrible!! I will never stay here again.

The hotel feels new and modern. I got a great room right from the start. The breakfast was good. The staff was kind also. My only observations are: it felt understaffed. And at night there were a bunch of uneducated people drinking in the hot tub - with glass bottles of vodka and fireball and cups. Didn’t feel family friendly at all in the pool area because of that. I reported it and I hope they did something about it, because there were kids playing in that area - last thing you want is kids and people cutting their feet because someone brakes glass in the pool and spa area. It’s against the hotel’s rules but some people just don’t get it.
