The room was very nice and the lobby was beautiful. Restaurant was a little pricey though and no place to put your clothes why you stay so plan on digging out of your bag. Bathroom was huge with a beautiful walking shower w/2 shower heads. I would have made this a smaller bathroom and add a closet for clothing. Otherwise we will stay again!

Rip off … charge for everything… 19min early apparently to check in… “that’ll be a charge. Attitude was horrific, I was t the only one either check out was a line of people complaining about this property

The room was fine, did have a little miscommunication amongst staff, since I booked back to back reservations, they assumed I was checking out after first night, I told head housekeeper that and she was to inform front desk, did not happen, so when we tried to go back up to our room , room key did not work, was a little upsetting

The room had garbage in the closet, and a usedbwash rag next to the toilet..kind of put in to question the cleanliness of the rest of the room...we are not happy with this room costing 500 bucks ..we did take pictures of the room and the condition that we left..we had 0 impact on the room. , we are clean people and just expected the same given the reviews on this 5 star hotel.
